Ed is an active and enthusiastic member of the San Leandro community.

Living in the Assumption Parish neighborhood for over 10 years, Ed balances his professional and family life with help from his wife and two daughters. With his
eldest daughter attending Assumption School, Ed is active in parish and school life. Ed's easy smile, contagious enthusiasm and can do attitude are always welcome additions to parish and school events.

Having grown up in a “real estate” family (his father is am agent), Ed has always been interested in the world of property and housing. In 1998 Ed made good on his real estate career ambitions by earning his Broker designation while completing a Bachelor's in Financial Management at California State University, Long Beach. Additionally, he successfully completed his Master of Business Administration in 2001 at Cal State East Bay.

Always willing to share his knowledge and expertise, Ed was appointed to the San Leandro Planning Commission (District 2) and currently serves as Vice Chair. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce.

Ed has been a licensed Realtor® since 1995 and was previously working as an independent broker of Bay East Legacy. He is also fluent in Spanish to discuss real estate matters with the Latino community whom he has served in helping make home buying a reality for all.
